CANCELLATIONS
Vitah Hair understands that circumstances arise that may require you to cancel your appointment. However, Vitah Hair is also an appointment based business and therefore needs to enforce a cancellation policy as well. Please read the policy below regarding cancelling with less than 24 hours until your appointment:

- First cancellation: No fee. At this time a note will be added to your client file that you have used your first cancellation. Vitah Hair will communicate this to you so you are aware.

​- Second cancellation: 50% of appointment cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Even if you or a family member are sick you will still be required to pay this amount. This amount is required to be paid PRIOR to your next appointment. Vitah Hair will require this payment via e-transfer or an electronic invoice can be sent to you to be paid by credit card. Electronic invoices will have an added 3% processing charge. At this time a note will be added to your client profile that you have used your second cancellation. Vitah Hair will communicate this so you are aware.

- Third (or more) cancellation: 100% of appointment cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Even if you or a family member are sick you will still be required to pay this amount. This amount is required to be paid PRIOR to your next appointment. Vitah Hair will require this payment via e-transfer or an electronic invoice can be sent to you to be paid by credit card. Electronic invoices will have an added 3% processing charge. At this time a note will be added to your client profile that you have used your third+ cancellation. Vitah Hair will communicate this so you are aware. You will also be required to pay a deposit prior to all appointments going forward.

LATE FEES OR NO SHOW FEES
If you are going to be late you should inform Vitah Hair right away. Failure to do so may result in Vitah Hair cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Once you are beyond 15 minutes late Vitah Hair will not be able to finish your appointment in the allotted time and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling in less than 24 hours may require you to pay a charge pending the situations above under "Cancellations."
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. It is solely your responsibility to put your appointment in your calendar. Not getting a reminder e-mail about your appointment is not a valid excuse to miss your appointment,

ARRIVING WITH UNCLEAN HAIR
You are required to come with clean hair to ALL appointments for sanitary reasons. This means that you have washed your hair the DAY OF your appointment. The confirmation emails and the reminder e-mails you will receive state this requirement. If you arrive with unclean hair Vitah Hair has the right to reschedule your appointment and charge you 50% of the appointment cost.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Vitah Hair will always communicate with you in a professional, kind manner. In support of this, Vitah Hair will not tolerate rude or aggressive communication. If such communication happens you will be removed as a Vitah Hair client. Please be kind!
REFUNDS & DEPOSITS
All payments are 100% non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. This means that all hair extension deposits are 100% non-refundable. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before you order. This also means that once the service has been completed, there are no refunds on any aspect of the costs associated with the product and/or service. This means no refunds on the hair and no refunds on the appointment itself. However, in the event that there is a manufacturer defect, Vitah Hair will look at replacing the hair for you within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Vitah Hair immediately if you are experiencing issues as your happiness and satisfaction is of utmost priority!
*If you have colored, toned, cut or altered the extensions in anyway after your service, Vitah Hair will not replace the hair under any circumstances.

If you are past the 30 day window, Vitah Hair will also not replace the hair under any circumstances.
GIFT CARD REFUNDS
Gift cards never expire. Gift cards are non refundable and have no cash value.
RETURNS POLICY
Vitah Hair cannot under any circumstances accept the returns of used hair extensions as they are classified as a ‘Hygienic Product’. If there is a quality concern please contact Vitah Hair immediately and within 30 days of purchase.
PHOTO RELEASE
If you provided verbal consent and had photos and/or videos taken of you, you give Vitah Hair permission to use any images and videos taken of you at our discretion. Images and videos may be used for promotions and advertising, and you agree to give Vitah Hair permission to distribute any of our transformations at our discretion, at any time. If you do not want photos taken, please inform Vitah Hair during your consultation or at the start of your service.
LIABILITY
Vitah Hair ensures that adhesives, chemicals, tight braids etc. are not being used. The health of your hair is of the utmost importance, and is top priority. Once your service is complete it then becomes your duty to ensure you are following hair care guidelines and taking proper care of your hair extensions, as all hair extensions have the ability to cause damage to the hair follicle if they are not cared for properly. Therefore, Vitah Hair will not accept responsibility for any damage that may occur after installation as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to instructions. Lastly, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vitah Hair from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of Vitah Hair services, any slips/trips/falls on or around Vitah Hair property, your breach of the Terms and Conditions, and any defamatory/slanderous statements made by you in any form.
DURATION & AFTERCARE
Vitah Hair cannot guarantee the life span of your hair extensions. Some hair extensions may last longer than others due to client care, extension color and sourcing regions that are out of Vitah Hair’s direct control. You acknowledge and agree to these terms.
You agree to read over the hair guidelines that are provided to you at your initial service and are available to you any time upon request. You agree to follow the maintenance guides to ensure you fully understand how to care for your new hair. Additionally, you agree that if you do not purchase the products that Vitah Hair recommends to you for proper maintenance, Vitah Hair cannot guarantee services in any way.

ADDITIONAL FEES
You agree that Vitah Hair is entitled to charge additional fees to have to fix anything that signifies lack of hair care. This includes Vitah Hair having to deal with excessive hair matting/knots or excessive glue in hair from previous types of hair extensions. For installs and touch ups you will be charged an additional $15 styling/straightening fee if you arrive with curled hair. In order for your extensions to be cut/blended or trimmed, Vitah Hair requires that they be styled straight upon arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late a fee will be added to your total service cost or Vitah Hair may choose to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified to make one of these two choices.
